The Lalit , New Delhi is hosting Chef Ollie Dabbous and award-winning Mixologist Oskar Kinberg of London’s Michelin Starred Restaurant, Dabbous

We all love to eat at famous restaurants across the globe. It is also true that we love to eat at Michelin Star restaurants and explore its uniqueness.

But, if you can’t go to a Michelin Star restaurant, how about eating a four course meal curated by a chef who owns a Michelin Star restaurant in London?

The Lalit New Delhi is hosting Chef Ollie Dabbous of The famous Dabbous restaurant in London  for four days from 29th Sept to 2nd October.

Chef Ollie Dabbous will be preparing a four course menu at The Famous “Baluchi” along with mixologist Oskar Kinberg who will also be serving his two signature cocktails for just INR 3000*.

The Lalit Hotel which is soon going to open their first hotel in London, will also be introducing their Signature Restaurant Baluchi to the international audience.

Baluchi event Michelin Chef at The Lalit, Chef Ollie Dabbous specializes in European cuisine and will closely work with the team of chefs from Lalit to prepare this four course menu for the guest. Guests will also get a chance to taste the cocktails specially curated by mixologist Oskar Kinberg.

Mixologist Oskar Kinberg will be showcasing his mixologist talent at the most happening disc of the city – Kitti Su Here, you will get to enjoy his famous cocktails.

Ollie Dabbous says, “We are very excited to be travelling to The Lalit New Delhi later this month. It is a wonderful opportunity to show a new audience what we do and an honour to prepare dishes and cocktails for both foodies and dignitaries alike. I and Oskar are looking forward to incorporating local ingredients into our recipes.”
