When Chef Arun Served Scrumptious Food At Eat With India Pop-Up

India has such vast culture and food preferences, we often say that at every 100 km our cuisine changes. We have such diversity in food across country that at times it’s very difficult to understand.

There are various cuisines which hasn’t come out of our homes as they remain confined with homes or simply over the period of time gets lost, as it doesn’t get passed on from generations. Indian cuisine can be both, light or heavy on sauces and butter, mix of various spices and chillies – everything is packed in a punch with every bite. Not everyone would come out and showcase their culinary journey and nor does everyone turn into chef and make their culinary delights known to the world.

Eat with India is a platform where they are trying to get more home chefs who can showcase their creativity and incredible talent The idea behind the initiative is not only to give platform to home chefs but also to promote regional cuisines.

eatwithindia, chef arun T, mysticfoodiemantra.comI was invited by Eat With India to celebrate monsoon with one of my favourite chef Arun and relish food. It was a feast for the sense and taste buds. This platform is sure to take you through a delectable experience as each dish would represent home chef’s individual culinary journey.

Meeting new people, talking about food, homely environment, recitation of poems – it was not just a culinary journey but also a cultural extravaganza that I thoroughly enjoyed. Chef Arun also shared stories on his experiences and everything was everything was fascinating. The highlight of the evening was nilgiri veg korma and very subtle bhatkal chicken biryani. I have always been a great follower of Chef Arun and it’ was good to see a platform like eatwithindia that would promote and showcase regional cuisines of India.
