Finally Masala Library Comes To Delhi

If I say it was the most anticipated launch of 2016, I won’t be wrong. Masala Library opened almost 2 and half years back in Mumbai and created waves (you almost had to book a table 2 weeks in advance at Masala Library Mumbai) .

Now I know why it took long to bring Masala Library to Delhi. Its location couldn’t have been better than this – Right in the heart of the city. It gives you the feel of ultra-modern restaurant. Food at Masala Library is modern, progressive Indian and I can assure you that Saurabh is going to take this to yet another level. Prawn Balchao and Kaju Katli which looks like Macaroon are some of the nibbles which we tried.

I am not going to divulge further details as it was media launch on 8th of July and we sampled some of the dishes which will be part of the meu.

Massive has team of champions and after eating absolutely stunning pork tikka ( Delhi belly ) at Farzi CP, my expectations from Saurabh is sky high. He told me that you will not be disappointed at all. Manish gave me Clover Club, a cocktail that has gin from prohibition era and that sets the tone for the level of cocktails that they are going to serve. When I asked Zorawar about my favourite dessert from Masala Library Mumbai , he smiled and shared that it’s definitely going to be part of the menu. I am sure you will also love this. Jalebi Caviar, a modern take on our humble jalebi.

They are opening from July 18th  and initialll it will be dinner for two weeks.
