Magnum Ice Cream Launch- Choco Cappuccino With The Masters Of The Flavours..

 Magnum ice cream comes from the British Unilever and marketed in India by  Kwality  Icecreams . It is an upmarket  ice cream which has garnered a huge audience even in India post its launch in India since a year .

Magnum Icecream is a thick French vanilla ice cream bar coated with classic quality Dark Belgian Chocolate. Magnum is synonymous with its USP magnum crunch. The perfect and delectable Belgian Dark Chocolate which envelops creamy French vanilla. After a year almost Magnum is back with  something which I felt is a double treat for all you chocolate and coffee lovers .The launch at the Four Seasons Hotel, Worli brought together two masters reigning their own areas of excellence. 

Asia’a best pastry chef Janice Wong and World Barista Champion Fritz Storm. The masterclass was interactive with both our masters up and lively to interact with us and take us on a guided tour to let us know the finer nuances of the flavors

.I was astonished to know that just one kg coffee has almost 5000 handpicked coffee beans..yes you read right they are handpicked!!So now even you will value your cuppa coffee more like I have started! Then Fritz showed us the way a perfect cappuccino is made and when I tasted it …voila !an absolutely perfect cappuccino.It was amazing to know that coffee can taste so balanced even without sugar. This was the very first time I had coffee without sugar and it was just divine!

He also did some interesting combinations with coffee, champagne and liquors. Well it does take a genius to think of such combinations. Janice floored all present with her command over chocolate and showed us some amazing desserts using molecular food techniques as well as some chilli chocolate .And then there was the moment we all had been waiting so patiently for the launch of the yummy MAGNUM CHOCO CAPPUCCINO.I was so waiting for this! We all simultaneously dug into the MAGNUM and then there was that MAGNUM CRUNCH!!BEAUTY!!

Perfect marriage of flavors the sweetness of the vanilla was perfectly balanced by the strong cappuccino swirls and all this enveloped in Belgian Dark Chocolate drizzled all over with crunchy caramel bits..This MAGNUM CHOCO CAPPUCCINO is truly an ice cream which has brought to truly divine flavors together..well I can go on and on about it. But why not you go and discover it for yourself!!
